I thought this was such a brilliant yet simple idea, I had to share it! (And now if there is any doubt that I'm a Mom, I've completely done away with that.)
I was talking to another multiples mom, and she asked if my kids liked bananas. I told her that they do, but they squish away when they try to pick them. They can't catch them and it ends up being a big mess.
She mentioned that Cheerios dust works wonders!
Crunch up some Cheerios (or use the dust at the end of the box).
And roll the bananas to coat them all the way around.
It's still messy handing four babies bananas, but at least it's worth it this way because they can actually pick them up.
Hey, it's the little things in life that get me excited! More so when I've found a use for something I've been so careful to avoid in the past. End of box dust has always grossed me out in my cereal. :)
