Our Meal Plan: 4/14-4/20

Sunday: Leftovers
Monday: Chick-fil-A (They are running a Tax Day promotion at participating locations. Buy food on 4/15, get it refunded on 5/13! I'm very excited!)
Tuesday: Lasagna, Salad, Bread (Sean's parents are bringing dinner over so I don't have to cook! Yay!)
Wednesday: Pot Roast with Carrots and Onions, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus, Fresh Bread
Thursday: Tater Tot Casserole, Green Beans
Friday: Barbecue Sandwiches with Homemade Barbecue Sauce, French Fries (half of the pot roast is reserved for this meal and the BBQ sauce was made a couple of weeks ago. This is a quick meal!)
Saturday: Leftovers

  1. Bob is making coconut chicken tonight. I'm so excited to try it. He loves to cook:). I on the other hand do not enjoy cooking. He cooks 90% of the time and I clean. I do breakfast and snacks though.
