Our Meal Plan: 5/26-6/1

Sunday: Chicken Nuggets for the Kids, Guacamole and Chips for Mom (Daddy was out of town)
Monday: Sandwiches
Tuesday: Roast Chicken and Black Bean Burritos
Wednesday:  Chicken in the Crockpot
Thursday: Chicken, Tomato, and Onion Quesadillas (using leftover chicken from Wednesday)
Friday: Ham and Sweet Potatoes
Saturday: Leftovers

What is on your menu this week?


  1. Monday: Chicken, cheesy potatoes and baked beans
    Tuesday: Ham and 18 bean soup with corn bread
    Wednesday: Breakfast strata with cinnamon rolls
    Thursday: Chili (frozen from previous double batch) over corn waffles
    Friday: Lamb and Barley stew
    Saturday: Leftovers
    Sunday: Church fundraiser dinner

    I bought a watermelon which will be making a nightly appearance on the table until all gone.
