Our Meal Plan: 7/28-8/3

If you are looking for some of the strategies that help us decide what to eat every week, make sure you check out our Meal Tip Series!

This weekend, I get to attend a local blogging conference. I'm really excited to meet other bloggers and learn some new things about what I do everyday in the blogsphere. Sean is holding down the fort from Thursday evening through Saturday so that I can pursue something that I love: Writing. Have I mentioned how much I love the man I married?

Sunday: Chicken Alfredo Pasta Dish Thingy from the Freezer Section
Monday: CSA Bag Veggie Feast (can't let the veggies go bad!): Crispy New Potatoes, Fried Cabbage, and Roasted Zucchini
Tuesday: Spaghetti, Sweet Corn, and Biscuits
Wednesday: Chicken Fajitas, Roasted Bell Peppers, and Sauted Onions
Thursday: Leftovers (Mommy is going to a Blogging Conference!)
Friday: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches (Mommy is still at the Conference.)
Saturday: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches (Is Mommy ever coming back home?)

What is on your menu this week? Leave me some inspiration!

    1. Ooo...I've never tried them with the seasoning packets! I just grab a bunch of random spices from my spice bin and sprinkle away until I decide they look good. :)

  2. I am coming to your house for the first part of the week. I have never been one to plan weekly meals. I guess it works great if you already have planned what you are fixing each night and don't have to have the what's for dinner question each night.

    1. It definitely relieves some of the stress to know that my meals are already planned for the week. Otherwise, it's 5pm, and I'm wondering what I should do for dinner...
