  1. Your menus all sound wonderful!!! I used to be very disciplined about making menus out when the boys were younger but since it is just my husband and myself these days and he travels all the time I find that that has long gone by the wayside! I still love to cook and try new recipes but not as structured as I once was.

    1. Sounds like you don't need menus much anymore. I'm sure the kids will grow up faster than I think they will.

  2. Oh boy, sounds good. We are having homemade pizza with wild hog chorizo and butternut squash on the side, marinated venison steaks with okra and tomatoes over rice, and some kind of salmon with marinated cukes on the side. That's as far as I got! I'm loving your yogurt, popcorn and sundaes! I sometimes eat only popcorn with cheese and seasonings for dinner :)

  3. Oh my, I think I'd be sick if I ate yogurt, popcorn, and brownie sundaes for dinner! That's a new one for me, but I suppose the kids will love it! I am thinking of making hamburger soup this week, even though it's hot out. I just love soup. And I'm sure we'll be firing up the grill this weekend, maybe more than once. We've got frozen hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, and chicken that we could grill. I'll probably throw a macaroni & tuna salad together and maybe toss some veggies in my grill basket. mmmm...I do like your idea of baked potatoes too...I even have some cheese, broccoli, and bacon we could top them with. :)
