DeleteWe're trying all new dinners this week to accommodate my husband's diet. (He says its a lifestyle, but its really just a diet.) Only three things I typically make fit the requirements, so I went out on the www and came up with this:
ReplyDeleteMediterranean Chicken, Thai Salmon Fishcakes & Salad, Braised Chicken Thighs w/ Spinach and White Beans, Pollo Rojo & Refriend Beans and Flank Steak with Chimichurri & Carrot-Mint Salad. (The Carrot-Mint Salad I've made before and it is delicious - I can't wait to eat it!)
Your Artichoke-Red Pepper Chicken sounds delicious!
