Our Meal Plan: 1/19-1/25

Sunday: Mediterranean Spread: Crackers, Cheese, Sliced Apples, Bread, and Honey
Monday: Turkey Dijon Avocado Sandwiches (This is one of my favorite sandwiches! I'll have to post the recipe soon!)
Tuesday: Pancakes, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs
Wednesday: Baked Ziti, Salad
Thursday: Sandwiches (Mommy is at a conference)
Friday: Sandwiches (Mommy is at a conference)
Saturday: Leftovers

  1. Do you have the recipe for the baked ziti? It sounds delicious and I LOVE just about everything pasta. :)

  2. Lots of yummy stuff this week. Please share the recipe for the turkey, Dijon, avocado sandwich.. I would love to try it.

  3. I love avocados...looking forward to the recipe! Our menu this week includes marinated venison steaks with baked potatoes and broccoli, hot dogs with homemade mac & cheese and zucchini, Parmesan crusted tilapia with pasta salad & cauliflower...and that's about as far as I got. There should be plenty of leftovers though! ;)
