Happy 3rd Birthday, Kids!

Every year, on February 23rd, I take a deep breath and think,

We made it!!

I think most parents probably feel the same way when their kids reach another birthday. :)

Today our sweet miracle babies are 3-year-olds. Three very long, yet short years have passed since I was rushed to have an emergency c-section at 27 weeks, 6 days gestation. Our biggest was 2 lbs, 5 oz, and our smallest was only 1 lb, 14 oz. I'm excited to see how big they are at their three year checkup tomorrow!

I'm sure that this next year will bring new adventures as they continue learning, growing, and catching up with other kids their age.
