We just restocked our freezer with farm fresh, grass-fed beef from a local farm, and we got ricotta cheese in last week's CSA bag....I think we should have lasagna this week!
Monday: PB&J for the kiddos, Sean and I had Arby's
Tuesday: Chicken Fajitas, Guacamole
Wednesday: Lasagna, Salad
Friday: Pot Roast, Carrots, Green Beans
Saturday: Leftovers (we have big meals this week, so should be able to get two days worth of leftovers out of them!)
