The kids are back in school, the weather will soon be getting cooler, and the last few months of 2013 are here.

 Every year, I wait anxious for autumn to come back around. Growing up in southern New Mexico, we had two seasons: Hot, and Hotter. The leaves would pretty much just bake until they were dead and then fall off. Missouri falls are completely different! I've seen ten of them, but I can't seem to get my fill of the beautiful colors and crisp air. One of my favorite things to do during the fall is to just take a drive, and hopefully end up with a fresh apple cider doughnut in my hand by the end of it! I love September because it feels like autumn is *almost* here!

    I love to give compliments to strangers. Yesterday I admired the colour (orange) of the shirt of a man riding a bicycle; today a woman's beautiful eye glasses. The frames were a lime green and an unusual shape. Both people smiled and thanked me. It makes me feel good, too.

    Once me and my brother were playing video game....after playing sometime we got bored..my bro said hey do you know how does this remote vibrate? I said no...ho opened the remote and took out the vibrator(something having metal and spins) suddenly my mom came...my brother had forgot to unplug the controller..suddenly remote vibrated and my brother got blank...my mom laughed left....me and my bro laughed a lot....

    When I sleep my arms and legs must not hang off the bed...don't know why, but something bad will happen lol. I also stomp on my shoes before I put them on each and every time (spiders could be in there). I am also completely freaked out by "contamination". This could me touching your foot and then touching something else, or not sanitizing the cart at the grocery store, touching anything at the doctor's office/hospital, etc.

    When I was small (maybe abot 11 yeas old) I've been in Thailand with my mom and once she went away somewhere, so I was alone in the hotel room.
    I heard someone going and went to scare her. Door closed.
    There were only underpants on me :D

    By the time my knees quit on me and I had to stop dancing (senior year of high school) I had performed in the Boscov's Thanksgiving Day Parade in Philadelphia 6 times, Sunoco's 4th of July Parade in Philadelphia 6 times, Hershey's anniversary festival, Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington D.C., the pre-game and half-time shows in the 2003 Tangerine Bowl in Orlando, AND Walt Disney World. Our troop did a bunch of smaller festivals all time. I will NEVER forget those great years

    When I was younger I liked to travel and lived in several different states. Really enjoyed learning the different cultures within our own country. I have many many memories of these younger days and hope to one day start traveling around again, settling nowhere

    I have no idea what to share.....besides I have 8 children, nearly 100 laying hens, nearly 100 broilers (meat chickens), 25 turkeys, a 29 year old horse and a dairy cow....all on 16 acres!

    I broke my jaw when I was 10 yrs old. The surgeon failed to do the surgery properly and my jaw joint lacked blood and it disintegrated. My mouth opens with a slight sway.
