Our Meal Plan: 9/1-9/7

Sunday: Frozen Pizza
Monday: Monstor Onion Bacon Burgers, Grilled Corn on the Cob, French Fries
Tuesday: Leftover Burgers and Corn on the Cob from Monday Night
Wednesday: Bourbon and Brown Sugar Roast Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Zucchini and Yellow Squash
Thursday: Chicken Pot Pie, Cranberry Pecan Salad
Friday: BLT's, Chips
Saturday:  Leftovers

  1. I really have to start meal planning more! You're so ahead of the game! :) Everything sounds absolutely delicious!

  2. I like Sunday's meal best! We have pizza every Sunday, but order it from a neighborhood pizza place, Casamels.

  3. mmm, everything on your menu this week sounds delicious! I *love* BLT's! Do you make your own chicken pot pie? Do you have a recipe to share? I used to love the frozen ones when I was a kid, but I can't bring myself to buy them anymore because they're so high in sodium and fat. I've tried making my own, but wasn't thrilled with the recipe.

  4. Oh my, if you want to post that bourbon and brown sugar chicken recipe, I'd love to read it! :) Love how you use leftovers. We do too.
