Our Meal Plan: 7/7-7/13

If you are looking for some of the strategies that help us decide what to eat every week, make sure you check out our Meal Tip Series!

This week's meal plan post is a little late. I had too many other posts that I wanted to get up over the last couple of days. Ah, the plight of a blogger! Better late than never, I guess! Here is what we have been eating this week:

Sunday: Snack-y Night. We had frozen Stouffer's Chicken Alfredo for dinner. I've decided that I can take Sunday nights off of cooking and rest. No guilt!
Monday: Breakfast for Dinner. Waffles, Fresh Strawberries, and Scrambed Eggs
Tuesday: Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken, Big Flavor Black Beans, and Roasted Veggies
Wednesday:  Chicken Enchiladas, Homemade New Mexican Red Chili Sauce, Big Flavor Black Beans, and Roasted Veggies
Thursday: Lasagna, Veggies, and Rolls
Friday: Italian Food of Some Sort (not sure yet exactly what it will be)
Saturday: Stuffed Baked Fish, Mashed Potatoes, Veggies

What is on your menu this week?

    1. Well, technically we went out to eat on Friday and Saturday on our getaway weekend, but I can provide you with the name of some restaurants!

  3. Another great menu! I really need to do this and before grocery day. We get the same things every week.

    1. We do a lot of repeats too, but writing everything out ahead of time helps to keep me from telling my hubby to pick up take-out on the way home.

    1. The recipe for the Big Flavor Black Beans is in my Chevys Fresh Mex Cookbook. There are a bunch of fabulous recipes in it. I highly recommend you pick up a copy!
