Monday: Zucchini and Mushroom Penne Pasta with Roasted Tomato Cream Sauce, Salad
Tuesday: Toasted Apple and Brie Sandwiches, French Fries
Wednesday: Pumpkin Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon
Thursday: Chicken and Dumplings, Salad
Friday: Spinach and Mushroom Tortellini, Salad
Saturday:  Leftovers

  1. mmm, sounds yummy, especially the chicken and dumplings! :) I'm making stuffed green peppers this week, since I didn't get around to it last week and then one night, the boys will be having pizza at a bounce house birthday party and another night, we're having our home group Bible study dinner, so all I have to make for that is salad. Tonight we had a volleyball fellowship dish to pass with Jack Stacks as the main course...I love easy weeks like this! :)
